I believe this is the sole purpose why our house sold so quickly. Christy is an absolutely amazing Realtor®. We lucked into getting Christy when we moved to Georgetown, KY from Indiana back in 2019, she was assigned to us through our relocation team. After working with Christy to find us the perfect home in Georgetown, we opted to ask her to sell that home when we were relocated again. She makes the process so seamless, by working with the relocation team, and buyers or sellers' Realtors®. Moving can be so stressful, but Christy coordinated everything for us and explained the process, and took care of all the headaches on the back end. Christy did an excellent job selling our house in Georgetown. She helped us find contractors to make a few small repairs before the sale. She was helpful in discussing the process we would follow, determining a sales price for the house, etc. Christy was especially successful in driving the sale of the house as quickly as it happened - 3 weeks from listing to close!
